DEPOSIT: 50% at time of reservation. Remaining balance 14 days before arrival.
REFUND POLICY: Give notice of cancelation 60 days prior to date of stay and we will refund 100% of the deposit.

PET POLICY: Preappoval of pets. $50.00 non refundable deposit. We ask all guest to kennel your dogs if they are NOT with you. Please do not leave them in the Pavillion unattended.
WAIVER: All Stay Otter Creek guest must read and sign waiver before arrival. Please send printed and signed waivers to Stay Otter Creek 7774 Stony Lake Rd. Glenfield NY 13343.
